BB BlackDog, Live On The Night Of The BlackCats

Apologies to anyone who made the trip to The Pump And Truncheon in Blackpool last Saturday. The gig was, unfortunately cancelled, due to circumstances beyond someone's control.

However no such problems on Friday in Doncaster and the gig prompted a rather nice review from Stu Tovell http://mrstu616.blogspot.co.uk/2013/10/bb-blackdog-live-at-cask-corner-251013.html .

Just the one BB show this week, indeed the last one scheduled for The UK until the first weekend in December.

The Tramway on Chatsworth Road, part of Chesterfield's "Brampton Mile", provides the setting for a Halloween Night special.

Continuing last week's theme of, great ale pubs, The Tramway is the nearby Brampton Brewery's Tap.

Also on offer is a limited edition from The English Whiskey Co., so a little sad that, this is last show of the year that Lord Monty is not with us for.

Activities move to "The Continent" for the month of November so here is a "head's up" of where BB will be appearing.

On the 16th, they will be in Arnhem, The Netherlands, at the second, expanded, edition of "Emporium Vernesque" the pre-eminent  Dutch Steampunk event. http://www.emporiumvernesque.com/?lang=en

Thursday and Friday, the 21st and 22nd finds BB in Germany with shows firstly at Altn Zolln in Lubeck, followed by The Café Coma, Bad Segeberg.

The final leg in Europe is on Friday the 29th in Yutz, France at "The Nox Victoriana Judico" for "The Collegium Tempus Vapori", http://www.temporis-vapori.com/.

Due to the jaunt around Europe, The Acoustic Sessions Night at The Bulls Head at Belper lane End, which Dale hosts on Tuesday nights, will be taking a break. The event is on for the 5th and 12th of November and will resume on December the 3rd.
